At Base, we are committed to your performance and offer a 30-day window to return or exchange any gear that doesn't meet your training standards. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your sports gear in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
